This new DIY guide, designed by the Jewish Social Justice Roundtable, supports staff members to find more ease with colleagues and organizations to become better places to work by offering tools to navigate through workplace conflict in productive, generative ways. Starting with foundational steps that many people skip, like identifying if there is a conflict and if it should be addressed, the guide moves to exercises and tips for effectively moving through challenging conversations. It includes skills for participants in different roles within the conversation and also addresses power and other dynamics that impact conflict in the workplace.
