Our Jewish Service Ambassadors are passionate leaders who serve as key multipliers, inspiring their peers to engage in meaningful service. Through this initiative, Ambassadors develop leadership, outreach, and facilitation skills; learn how to mobilize their networks; and deepen engagement—all while strengthening their understanding of social issues and Jewish values. For Jewish professional institutions, the Ambassador model empowers organizations to harness the enthusiasm of their most engaged participants. These Ambassadors recruit, facilitate programming, promote brands, and expand reach by bringing in new networks. By equipping dedicated individuals with leadership opportunities, this model not only grows engagement but also strengthens the field, ensuring a broader, diverse impact.
