LGBTQ+ Belonging: Beyond the Checklist

In this alarming and challenging time for the LGBTQ+ community, many Jewish communities are seeking to bolster LGBTQ+ safety, dignity, and belonging. Rather than adopt a one-size-fits-all checklist for LGBTQ+ belonging, at Keshet we encourage organizations to connect institutional action steps to broader culture change. Using the 4 I’s approach, we will workshop ways that participants can identify and address the cultural context for LGBTQ+ belonging, setting their action steps up for success.
