Assess your organization’s areas for improvement in your work to create a workplace free from harassment, inequity, and discrimination. SRE Network’s Standards Self-Assessment is a learning tool designed to help Jewish nonprofits assess their progress towards implementing Standards for Creating Safe, Respectful, and Equitable Jewish Workplaces and Communal Spaces, such as specific policies, reporting and response systems, and educational programs. Completing the assessment and using the goal-setting and action-planning guide is a valuable, accountability tool all Jewish workplaces can use to spark important conversations, and inspire leadership to take steps to foster healthy workplaces.
