Embodying the Mishkan

Yoshi Silverstein (he/him), Founder & Executive Director, Mitsui Collective

Embodying the Mishkan (Tabernacle): Bringing the Fullness of You Into Collective Space — Embodied learning (will include recorded music)

Just as the Mishkan was built from the precious gifts of the entire Israelite community, our collective work today is at its most meaningful and effective when we are able to bring our whole selves into our communal work. Join us to experience playful and reflective Mitsui Method embodiment frameworks grounded in Jewish wisdom and learning. We’ll get into embodied chevruta (partnership) learning, explore embodied netivot (pathways) to channel our intention and purpose, build skills for navigating the complexity of interpersonal workplace dynamics, and cultivate a deeper sense of co-creative spirit and self expression. This session will include light physical movement that can be adapted to a wide range of ability levels. All bodies are welcome.
