This workshop is great for leaders at any level who want to be able to speak to any size group in a compelling way, connect, inspire and influence action. The skills can be applied to speaking in a compelling way about your work, delivering keynotes, leading meetings and gatherings, pitching to funders, and engaging your whole staff.
Participants will be able to reflect on their personal brand/ superpower, develop a fear reset phrase, identify their mental messages around public speaking, identify the fears and narrative that hold them back, do the effective reflection and pre-work to connect to their target audience, learn to craft memorable themes that stay with the audience beyond your remarks, and choose the right personal stories and moments of connection to weave into their public speaking. They will have the opportunity to practice crafting their speaking approach in response to scenarios in pairs.
